Charters reserved within 14 days of departure – the total charter cost is due at time of booking. Charters reserved more than 14 days prior to departure – a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is due immediately and the balance payable 14 days prior to departure
Yes, a Bond (Security Deposit) of $1000.00 will be processed via credit card pre-authorisation 48 hours prior to your charter to cover for any damages, losses or additional expenses incurred during the charter period.
Our vessels use public jetties for embarkation and disembarkation and as such, boarding is limited to only 15 minutes. Please ensure this information is communicated to all guests to allow adequate time for everyone to arrive at the location and board the vessel.

All guests will be required to remove footwear (socks are permitted) when boarding the vessel as surfaces onboard may be wet or slippery.

Yes, you are welcome to organise the food for your charter.  If there are any specific items you may need on the day, please check in prior with one of our team members.

All glassware, crockery, cutlery and napkins are supplied.

Yes, you are permitted to bring your own alcoholic beverages.

There are two icemakers onboard, however depending on the number of guests, we can store additional ice if required.

Multiple cold storage areas are located onboard the vessel, however, dependent on the number of guests it may be beneficial to bring an additional esky.

Yes, we can recommend our preferred caterer with menu selections available for your event.
One of our team will happily discuss entertainment options with you.
Yes, there is a BBQ and utensils available onboard and our crew will also assist with cooking.
Sun protection, medication and any other items of a personal nature – towels are supplied.
Guests must limit smoking or the use of vapes to the stern swim platform only whilst the vessel is at anchor.
We will endeavour to run to schedule; however, the skipper may change the itinerary dependent on weather conditions. We may also cancel your booking due to weather or operational reasons. If we cancel your booking, we may offer you a refund, or a different departure date.
