1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern “The Boat” Charter Giveaway (“Giveaway”) conducted by Boundary Lane Hospitality Pty Ltd (“Organiser”).
1.2. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms.
2.1. The Giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, agents, or affiliates of the Organiser, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2.3. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Western Australia.
3.1. To enter, participants must complete an online form and follow the Organiser on specified social media platforms.
3.2. Entries must be submitted by 24/09/2024 to be considered.
3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4.1. The prize is a boat charter for 10 people for 2 ½ hours on either “Quintessential” or “Serendipitous.” The specific boat will be subject to availability.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4.3. The prize does not include transportation to and from the departure location, meals, or any other incidental costs.
5.1. The winner will be selected randomly by the Organiser on 25/09/2024.
5.2. The winner will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the selection.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The alternative winner will also have 14 days to respond.
6.1. The boat charter must be booked at least 30 days in advance and is subject to availability.
6.2. The charter must be completed within one year from the date of the Giveaway.
6.3. Any additional costs not included in the prize, such as food, beverages, or extra activities, are the responsibility of the winner.
6.4. The winner and their guests must comply with all safety instructions and regulations provided by the boat operator.
7.1. The Organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7.2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the Giveaway and these Terms due to circumstances beyond their control, including legal or regulatory changes.
7.3. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues or delays that may affect the entry process.
8.1. Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. By entering, participants consent to the use of their personal data for the administration of the Giveaway and for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
9.2. The Giveaway is conducted in compliance with the requirements of the Western Australian Department of Racing, Gaming, and Liquor. Any complaints or disputes may be directed to the Department at
